Superbreak

Please call our call centre on 0870 234 0354 and quote your booking reference. We will be happy to advise you of the current position in light of the disruption at each UK airport.

FHR

If your travel plans have been affected by today's events then please call FHR on 0870 991 4564 and quote your booking reference number. The refund available will be dependant upon the cancellation policy of the hotel you have booked however generally, if your flight has been cancelled today then a full refund will be available or your booking dates can be amended free of charge, subject to availability.

If your flight is still departing but you have decided not to travel then your booking will be subject to our standard cancellation policy however, you may be able to amend your dates of stay free of charge.
