Lowest Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions

The AHS lowest price guarantee applies only to:

• Hotels which are listed on this site at the time of booking
• Prices that are quoted and displayed on this site at the time of booking

If a cheaper price has been found, subject to these Terms and Conditions, Airport Hotel Shop will refund the difference between the two prices.

In the event of a claim:

• Any claims must be made after booking and payment has been processed but prior to the first date of the hotel booking.
• The customer must provide proof of purchase.
• The customer must provide evidence that the price charged by AHS, through its providers, was more than that charged by another UK airport hotels website:
  • On the same day;
  • For the same hotel;
  • For a booking beginning on the same day as the booking made through AHS;
  • And for the same duration of stay.
  The easiest way to do this is to take a 'screen grab' of the website in question (or save the html file and sent it via an email), so that we can verify the website and the price.
  (As prices vary on a daily basis, simply stating the website address is unfortunately insufficient, as it is close to impossible to accurately verify).
• The customer must contact Airport Hotel Shop direct via email at to submit the above listed information.
• The decision as to whether or not to honour a claim is at the sole discretion of Airport Hotel Shop, in accordance with the Lowest Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions.
