I want to park my car before I fly but wish to stay at an airport hotel on my return, how do I book?
You may do this at all of our hotels. You need to pre-book the room for the date of your return (including parking). It is recommended that you book a hotel with parking onsite. Contact the suppler you have booked through (details here), with your booking reference and they will advise the hotel that you will be parking your car there prior to your stay.
Are cots available in the rooms?
Most hotels will be able to provide a cot for your room. Please make the booking and contact us at , we will then contact the hotel and arrange for a cot or suitable alternative arrangements
Is there disabled access/facilities?
Many hotels provide specially designed rooms for the less able or rooms on the ground floor. Check the details for the individual hotels.
I have booked a hotel with parking that is not on site, where do I get directions to the car park?
The confirmation voucher you receive will have directions on it. When you check in at the hotel they will provide you with directions to the carpark and a voucher to hand over as payment.
Do you have a map of how to get to the Hotel/Car Park?
Each individual hotel description provides directions to the hotel. Full directions will be given on the booking confirmation. A map will usually be available from the hotel.
What if I don't need to park for as long as the duration shown for the hotel?
Your car may remain parked for as long as you require upto the stated duration. The parking included forms part of a discounted package, and should therefore be cheaper than booking the hotel and the parking separately.
What if I need more than the 8/15 days car parking at the Hotel?
Extra days will be charged by the Hotel and will be paid directly to them.
Why do I need to pre-book?
Many of the prices offered on the site represent substantial savings when compared with just turning up at and paying at either the hotel or car park. We also offer a price guarantee which ensures you are getting the best deal when pre-booking here. Also, pre-booking, guarantees your hotel room and parking space at times when the airports are busy.
Can I book at short notice?
You can book on the day of travel if you need to. We are able to confirm your booking by email straight away which you can print of and hand in on arrival. If you do not have access to email, you can print off the confirmation page and use this as your voucher. If you are unable to print off the confirmation page you can simply take a note of the booking reference number and state this on arrival.
Why is there a credit card surcharge?
Companies charge us a fee when you use your credit card. We unfortunately have to pass this fee on to the customer but if you use your debit/switch card there is no fee as we get charged less for any transactions on Switch.
