Before I could print out the confirmation page my computer crashed. What should I do?

Don't worry, a booking confirmation is sent to you by email almost immediately. You then have to print this email and it will act as your booking confirmation, this is sufficient to take to the hotel with you.

I haven't received a confirmation of my booking by email. What should I do?

You should receive a booking confirmation email almost immediately. If you haven't received a confirmation within 24 hours, then you should contact the agent your booking as made through to confirm your reservation. If you are unsure as to which agent you made your booking with, you can contact us for assistance.

Can I amend or delete my booking if I decide not to travel?

Cancellation charges for cancellations made more than 24 hours before date of arrival at your hotel varies between our partners. See our policy on amendments/cancellations here.

How do I get to the airport from the hotel/hotel from airport?

Most Hotels provide a transfer service both to and from the airport, either free of charge or for a small fee. Details of this can be found on the individual hotel's details page.

Is Airport Hotel Shop the owner of the Hotels?

No. We make it possible to pre book online at over 80 different hotels at 24 different locations around the UK. We use our own pre built quote engine to select the best rates from several providers in the UK including APH, FHR, Superbreak.com and Holiday Extras. We are impartial; you choose the hotel that's best for you based on location, price, facilities or availability.
