Amending or Cancelling a Booking

Amendments

If you need to make any amendments to a booking you have made through the Airport Hotel Shop, you will need to contact whichever company the booking was made with: APH, FHR, Superbreak.com or Holiday Extras. The contact details are as follows:

Our email pop up will automatically set the subject of the mail to 'amendment / cancellation' so the company you contact will know the nature of your email. Please remember to quote your booking reference number within the mail so the representatives can find your details quickly and efficiently.

There may be a small administration charge for amended bookings if the amendment causes a reduction in the number of rooms or nights booked.

Cancellations

If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your time of arrival, a small cancellation charge is applied depending on the supplier used. If you decide to cancel your booking within 24 hours of your time of arrival, no refund will be made. Check Terms & Conditions for more information on this.
