Exit the M4 at junction 4 and follow signs for terminals 1, 2 and 3 via the M4/Heathrow Airport access road. At the roundabout before the tunnel entrance, turn left onto the Bath Road (A4), sign-posted A4/London. The hotel is situated 500 yards on the left.

Transfers to terminals 1, 3 and 5 are provided by the Heathrow Hoppa every 20 to 30 minutes. Transfers to terminals 1 and 3 run from 4.26am to 11.14pm. Transfers to terminal 5 run from 4.18am to 11.47pm. Hoppa tickets are sold at the terminals and at the hotel and cost £4 per adult and 50p per child one way. Children under three travel free. The prices and the schedule are subject to change. If you need to get to terminal 4, take the Hoppa to terminal 1 or 3, then catch the free Heathrow Express train to terminal 4. The Heathrow Express to terminal 4 runs from terminals 1 and 3 between 5.37am and 11.44pm from Monday to Saturday, and between 5.36am and 11.49pm on Sundays. Trains run every 15 minutes and the journey takes about seven minutes. Times are subject to change.

The Sheraton Skyline is home to the award-winning Al Dente Ristorante, which has been awarded one AA rosette. The restaurant is open for breakfast seven days a week from 6am to 10.30am. It is open for lunch from Monday to Friday from noon to 3pm, and for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday from 6pm to 10.30pm. Dinner is also available in the informal, American-themed Sports Bar, which is decorated with sports memorabilia and has a pool table and a widescreen TV to show sporting events. The Sports Bar is open between 6pm and 1am from Monday to Friday, and from noon to midnight at weekends. Opening times may be different on bank holidays. The hotel also has its own branch of Starbucks, which is open from 7am to 5pm every day.

Continental Breakfast is available from 06:00 to 10:30 and costs £15.00 per person. Full English Breakfast is served between 06:00 and 10:30 and costs £17.00 per person.
