Sofitel London Gatwick

The Sofitel London Gatwick (formerly Le Meridien) is a modern hotel connected to the North Terminal by a covered walkway. South Terminal a short trip away on the free monorail service.

This rate applies to flying passengers only, your flight tickets may be requested at check-in at the hotel. Parking prior to your stay at the hotel is not permitted.

NB: With effect from 1st February 2011 there will be no car parking available on-site at the Sofitel London Gatwick for a period of approximately 7 months. This is as a result of a new development on the hotel car park. In the interim car parking will be available at the airport short stay car park directly opposite the hotel, or at the airport long stay car park which provides transport back to North Terminal.
For guests booked on the Maple Manor Meet and Greet package, you should continue to the hotel and Maple Manor will meet you in the pickup /drop off area at the front of the hotel. Please ensure you still call them as requested on your original confirmation approximately 20 minutes prior to arrival.

Rooms feature an en-suite bathroom, colour TV with pay per-view movies, internet access, telephone, radio, hairdryer, trouser press, tea/coffee making facilities and air conditioning.

Triple rooms consist of a double bed and a sofa bed. Cots cannot be put in triple rooms. If booking 2 adults, a child and an infant then you must book a family room instead. If you require a cot in a triple room, you would need to book a family room.

Directions

Exit the M23 at Junction 9 and follow the signs for Gatwick Airport. At the first roundabout go straight on. At the next roundabout follow signs for the North Terminal. The hotel is signposted.

The hotel is connected to the North Terminal by a covered walkway, allowing easy access in a couple of minutes. If you're departing from the South Terminal you can take the free 24 hour monorail service, which runs every three minutes and takes around two minutes.

NB: It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and displays a valid road tax license. Should the car park be unable to move the car off-site for any of these reasons, the hotel reserve the right to charge their daily car parking rate for each day the car is left in their car park.

There are three restaurants to choose from: the Brasserie, Gatwick Oriental and Le Cafe. La Terrasse Lounge offers light meals while Kua Bar offers a selection of cocktails, spirits, wines and beers.

Continental breakfast is served from 5am to 10.30am at £15.95 per person. Full English breakfast is served from 6.30am to 10.30am at £17.30 per person. Prices are subject to change.
